- 2 green chilies, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:


1. Prepare the dough:

- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour with water gradually until a soft, pliable dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.


2. Make the filling:

- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

- Add chopped vegetables and cook until they are slightly softened but still crunchy.

- Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let the filling cool down.


3. Assemble the momos:

- Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.

- Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each circle.

- Fold the edges of the circle together to form a pleated pouch, sealing the filling inside.


4. Steam the momos:

- Arrange the momos on a greased steamer basket or tray, ensuring they are not touching each other.

- Steam for about 12-15 minutes until the dough is cooked and the filling is heated through.


5. Serve hot:
