Instructions:


1. Prepare the filling:


- In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken or vegetables with chopped onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.


2. Make the dough:


- In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour with water gradually until a soft, pliable dough forms. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.


3. Assemble the momos:

- Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.

- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle.

4. Coat with breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes:

5. Bake or fry the momos:
